The Company promotes CPD industrial training for its personnel. Current accreditations being studied for include CIPS supply chain, BSI Quality Assurance, CIPD Human Resources and Leadership/Management.
Its manufacturing team gain external soldering certification skills at workshops and are between them have a plethora of IPC certifications such as IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC 7711/7721.
Whilst IPC Class 2 is our standard, frequently our customers request Class 3 and even some MIL Spec requirements.
Certificate of Conformance, FAIR and full traceability are services that are offered upon request.
Our staff are our biggest assets, and therefore, for us, investing in them is a no brainer! we're unbelievably proud to share that both our QA and Technical Manager Andy is qualified to train any new starters in- house in IPC J-STD-001 and IPC A-610.
